Very efficient, friendly and expert service. The rep. Arrived when they said and the price was competitive. Installation was done in a timely manner. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting an air conditioner. I’m happy.

Generally a very good experience. Responded to my request for a quote within a couple of days and Wayne came round the following week. Knowledgeable and helpful and quote arrived same day. Once the quote was accepted a date (3 weeks away) was set for installation. On the day the crew were very good but had a couple of problems waiting for ducting to be delivered. The job was completed after dark but everything worked first time and we now have a very good low running cost heating/cooling system.On the downside the installation crew did make a LOT of mess and slightly damaged two porch tiles and the wall below the manhole in the laundry. Nothing major but a little more care would have been nice. Still, I would recommend GJB to anyone looking to install ducted AC.

Fantastic service and response time. Replaced our reverse cycle air conditioner which temperature controls our fish room 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Last one ran non stop for six years. Had an excellent experience with GJ Bradding (Bacchus Marsh) - on initial contact Danielle was helpful and professional to get our ducted heating issue resolved. Nothing was a problem, and she constantly updated us with advice on the unit we needed to meet standards of installation and our booking arrangements.Wayne was well versed on his diagnosis, was helpful and accommodating and even tried a reset (even though we'd anticipated replacing the heating unit the next day). Benji and Bodhi were great installers - efficient and polite and the job was done with minimal fuss. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Had an old wall aircon replaced that I had been putting off for years due to the hassle of replacing bricks, plaster etc.I could not be happier with the service provided by GJ Bradding and in hindsight wish I had spoken to them earlier.They arranged everything from taking away the old unit and repairing the hole in the wall to providing and installing the new unit, all at a very competitive price and very quick from assessment to completion.This was a bit of a chore to get all the tradesmen organised and Danielle kept me informed throughout the entire process.Everyone I dealt with was prompt, courteous and professional.If you are looking for a heating or colling solution I could not recommend then more.
