The whole process of converting the tapes to sitting down with the digital service team to discuss about editing my home footage have been wonderful. We were very impressed with the final product and we would highly recommend them to others.

The Team are amazing! They posted my items out yesterday and I received it today! On Christmas Eve! Shout out to AusPost too!!! They had even set me up with complimentary cloud access so I was able to view the work before the USB was delivered. Such great service.The files are great quality, honestly it turned out even better than I had expected so I am very pleased with the work.Communication is good too, if I had any questions or changes to the order, they were easily accessible via phone or email. Very happy with the service here and will return to convert the rest of my collection.Oh, and the prices are very reasonable and I believe the cheapest in town (especially when you catch one of their offers).Thank you David and Team!

We had a couple of 8mm tapes that were quite damaged as the film inside is mangled and unable to play in our camcorder. The digital service was able to repair the films and retrieve the footage with great quality! Great work and would highly recommend.

Amazing service! I have had over 40 tapes ranging from VHS to 8mm to MiniDv. I have been wanting to share these footages to my relatives and have finally gotten around to do it! David was extremely patient with any of my concerns (they're very precious memories) and was able to give me a really good pricing for my conversions. The quality was excellent and I can not recommend them more!

David and his team have been amazing in dealing with all of our queries, we had a large amount of tapes that had a lot of mould in them and we were worried that the videos wouldn’t turn out well, but surprisingly they were able to get really great quality videos out of it! We went for the package that included in video editing and enhancement, and the pricing is very reasonable! Thanks again!

After some research I found The Digital Service to be the most competitive in terms of pricing and quality. I told the team that there is no rush to complete the large amount of tapes and reels I have (since I've been waiting for over 20 years!) I received my converted files onto my USB within the week and is extremely impressed with the quality of the videos, considering how moldy they became over the years! I wish I would have done this sooner and I would highly recommend their service!

Good service at a fair price. Note that if your tape is a bit over the limit set (90m in our case) then a slightly higher amount is charged and many of our 90m tapes were over 90m for some reason. Still the price was competitive and no charge was made for 2 of our tapes (out of 13) which could not be converted. All tapes were just under 30 years old. It is great to see the old videos of our kids again.

Videos turned out good. However, I had to call them as I they would not let me know when the videos would be ready (although I was told they would contact me when I could pick them up). Once I came to collect, they had forgotten to drop the videos off at reception for me & I had to wait 45 minutes while they dropped it off. Videos great, customer service, terrible.

I had a mid-1980s VHS videocassette tape converted onto a USB stick. The result was excellent, with better definition than I had expected to see and very good audio quality. I can show it large on a desktop. I didn't need express service. The job took 4 weeks in the runup to Christmas. I am really impressed with the fact they put it in a very nice presentation box. I didn't have any add-on services and dropped it and picked it up from the Chatswood office. Would definitely recommend the service on the basis of my experience.

What a great service! We really wanted to convert our wedding videos on VHS from 20 years ago and we were quite concerned about how it would turn out. We were given a turnaround of 7 to 14 days but received it within 3 days, delivered straight to my house. The quality of the footage is excellent and will definitely go back again with more tapes!
