Commonwealth Bank Castle Towers Castle Hill Branch

If I could give a 0 star review I would very much. Commonwealth bank is being ruined because of this bloody branch. They are rude and discriminate for sure!I went on Saturday. When I first got there they were guarding the door like it was some sought of concert. The doors were pretty much closed, only the smallest crack was open. even the employees had to turn sideways just to enter the bank. If you are open, you are open. They had a personal guard at the door. The manager tells that person to get rid of as many people as they can.The man in front of my had his money being stolen and in urgency he told the bank that someone was stealing his money from his bank account. The lady said it would be a 1 and a half hour wait. The man agreed to wait but then the lady said he wasn't allowed to wait and could book in another time during the week day. SUCH AN URGENT MATTER AND THEY REFUSED SERVICE!!!!! He was instead given a phone number (that was also only mon-fri) RIDICULOUS.I went the bank to get a check put in and the lady told me to use the atm. I happened to have a problem and when I requested to enter they said they couldn't help me. This is ridiculous! I found the reason why I had an issue was because the bank had cancelled my account. I was informed when I open this account that because I was a student I was not required to put money in my account and look at this.There was obvious discrimination, majority of white people were let in while ethnic people had to fight and shout their way in. Then they made the ethnic people come across as insane and stubbornThis place is the reason why I have to study law, to protect myself and others from discrimination. THIS MANAGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATLY. SHAME ON YOU COMMONWEALTH BANK!!!

Such a lovely customer service I received today from Naz in castle towers branch.Very professional and knowledgeable person who helped me out with Travel money card and foreign exchange. Thank you for your time Naz

One of the worst experience at this branch with loan manager probably.What a waste of my time and so negative image about whole Commonwealth bank from him. Maybe he’s not very good at customer service job.

If you are going to make everyone wait for an hour to do any banking task, Why can't you have an alternate appointment making system so people can come to the branch at the time of their appointment. None of the branches pick up the phoneIf the only way to receive mandatory banking services is to wait over 1 hour every time, might as well close down more branches and make people wait few more hours, The treatment is appalling. It seems, it is only the bank's and banker's time that is important.

Staff are usually pleasant but apart from this nothing good to say about this branch. Only open about 7 hours a day but they still often don't open on time, takes ages to get anything done. There will be customer assistance staff standing around doing nothing while there's big lines and empty teller desks.

I love attending this branch! I live in Parramatta but purposely go to Castle Hill branch as they are very helpful and always ensure I have received assistance with all my transactions. Concierge staff are the best – especially Lydia!! She is always happy and a pleasure to deal with and answers my queries when it comes to my business and personal banking and takes the time to provide the information I need. I feel very looked after when I attend this branch. Every CBA branch should be like this one!

Just wanted to give Renai from Castle Towers a big thank you for the wonderful customer service she provided,She went above and beyond helping me with my fraud claim and talked me through every step of the way. She addressed all my concerns and made me feel at ease when I was going through a very stressful time also.Her team are a wonderful bunch of people and they are so professional and trustworthy and will go above and beyond anytime you need, best customer service I’ve ever received

You will see a clear difference in services between this branch and branches in other parts of sydney. Inconsistent in what they say, tell you the wrong things and won’t try to solve a problem. Perhaps CBA feels those in castle hill are less deserving of national average level services? Avoid coming here and get discriminated against. It was disgustingi also took some FX out from my own FX account, it wasted 2 hours of my time in a off peak time, on top of charging me excessive amount. Definitely not going anywhere near CBA in FX/trading in my life

Absolutely disgusting experience every 2nd time I go in there the manager should be ashamed of himself 3.2 stars is far too generous

I took my mum to this branch and the lady who served us (Naz) was very friendly, professional and helped us with our transaction with a nice attitude and smile throughout. I will definitely go back to see her again if I had other queries.
