If I could I would give them no stars, please see email thread below:Hi DavidI have had quotes from 2 other companies that have taken the time to come to my home to see the current floor coverings and provide a quote for removal of current flooring and installation of vinyl plank.Your approach of not taking me seriously or even taking the time or effort to provide a genuine quote, even after I had not heard from you, despite sending a copy of my house plans, as requested, tells me you are completely unprofessional. I cannot speak more highly of Choices Carpets Noosa and their staff. In the first instance they had very competitive pricing and backed that up with great service. We had two lots of carpets installed about a year apart due to renovations that were carried out. The property was then rented out for two years and on returning, we found the tenants had somehow caused the carpets to ripple badly. Choices Noosa were quick to respond and sent a technician who spent a couple of hours fixing the problem, all at NO cost. That was more than two years after installing. From sales to installation the service and staff and is excellent. I have used Choices for several jobs, both big and small in the past couple of years and wont go anywhere else, especially while David Bell is there looking after me. Highly recommend.

We have just had Christmas with guests from interstate. Choices assured us they would lay the carpet on 23 December. Not only did they not lay the carpet they have not had the courtesy of even calling us let alone returning our calls. Our home is bare of carpet and we are incredibly disappointed. David Bell is a disgraceful operator and someone I would not trust nor recommend. There are ample other flooring retailers that offer far better service so do yoursel a favour and avoid choices Noosa at all costs!!!
