Dropped in for a quick lunch. The outdoor area is very impressive, unfortunately it was raining when we arrived however there is also an undercover area where some locals were happy to have a good chat.The general store offers multiple services including post, food, bottle shop and banking services, which is what you would expect for a small town.Very friendly staff. Would recommend if you are in the area.

Great friendly staff, good lunch time menu, very reasonable prices for genius size meals, my cheese burger was delicious and good verity of alcohol drinks too. Good friendly atmosphere with customer and staff, worth the stop on our ride.

Love this place, love the friendly people running it. Its now over 100 yrs old. They have a great set up. Its not just a local store. You can get petrol as well. Or get a hot meal, & a cuppa. The food comes out quick, there are plenty of lovely spots in the garden to sit. They have a setup for bands out the back also. There is alcohol, a pool table and a few motor bikes on display. The loo is very clean, and if that one is in use there are toilets across the road. Its a lovely drive to get there. Bike riders love to stop here. Or just make a special day ride to the store. Well worth a look.
