Monique and the team at Belle did a great job selling my property exceeding my expectations.At the beginning Monique helped organise the trades people to undertake a budget mini renovation to my kitchen and advised on potted plants to the courtyard which made a big difference.I was really impressed by the photos, and wording of the advert really captured the character of the property.The sale campaign was managed very professionally, from the initial price guide, modifications, regular updates, flexibility in the open homes right up until the final sale, creating competitive tension between the buyers leading to a great outcome.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Monique and the Team at Belle if you are looking to sell your property.
