Cotton On

FREE Advertising awaits. Visited my local shopping centre as I like to support local business. Found a nice long sleeve white shirt at, I think it was $49.95. Anyway go to register card out ready to pay, staff ask if I would like a bag, of course I say, can’t carry it around for the next hour before school pick up in my hand and anyway, my coffee awaits nearby. Then I was told that would be $2.00. I almost had a heart attack. No a 10 cent bag will doI say. No I was told we only have the branded Cotton On bags that gives them free advertising. No my mind was a bit slow as my caffeine was still waiting for me, so even though I really liked the shirt, for another, two dollars on top and giving free advertising, I thought I would go donate two dollars at Gloria Jeans who always raises funds for some local charity. Yes my loss, but I couldn’t pay this multi-billion dollar business to advertise their shop and I pay two bucks. My coffee awaits folks….update.I went back with my son ,purchased the shirt and put it in my sons school bag, yes I caved in.

Fantastic staff at this cotton on they helped and advised my girlfriend on a few items and were professional in every way do yourself a favour shop here

Excellent service from Amber. Although they didn't have the item I wanted she was able to find it at another store and put it on hold for me.

Popped in on my lunch break and was greeted by Maddie with a genuine hello.She helped me by finding exactly what I was looking for without any pressure to purchase.

Perhaps smarter workers needed. Felt belittled by one of the female register operators, who made me look through me emails for a $10 perks voucher and after a few minutes to hurry me up, informed me there was $20 limit as my order was only $17.50. I shop alot for my daughter here..

My daughter was being threatened this afternoon with a knife and went into cotton on for help and to ring security..they said,'sorry we can't help you'..sorry not good enough this is very unsettling for anyone who is ever in trouble..

Horrendous customer service. Imagine something really bad, they are worse. This bad attitude is the company ethos. They get so many complaints that they don't even respond. The complaints email is unmanned. I know this only because I made a complaint to the Aust Information Commissioner because they breached my privacy. I would advise everyone not to buy anything from these weasels. You'll regret it.
