Just Cuts you mean Just Attitude! The worst customer service experience I have ever had. I thought I was going in for a simple haircut but instead my hair was absolutely hacked to pieces and the attitude of two of the staff members was absolutely horrendous. LEEANNA is the worst hair stylist" I have ever come across. She lacks experience but she sure makes up for that with her disgusting attitude. She's rude

Third time I have been to Just Cuts Glendale. Great hair cuts. Best that I have had in years. My hair has a slight curl and some find it difficult to cut.

I wouldn’t recommend going here unless you have spare time to waste.They say it’s walk-in and you confirm that on the phone and after waiting for 40 mins they tell you that it’s time they will be closing shop soon, which they could have tell the customers when they walk-in the time already.Very unprofessional and not at all driven to help customers out.

I made the trip in the Salon today specifically for Leeanna to do my hair, she is the only Hairdresser I completely trust will do a great job every time. I would recommend her to everyone.She takes the time to listen to what I want and it always comes out looking amazing and the conversation during doesn’t seem forced. 100/10

This is not the place to go for a fair priced hair cut for the average Joe or his family now ,I have had my hair cut previously thereand the price was fair maybe a little more expensive the my barber but convenient some times like today .Walked into an empty shop 2 staff working wanted a small trim I have short hair and wanted about an inch taken off about 5 min work ,I asked how much $39 dollars …..I had to ask twice yes $39 dollars oh you can understand why I walked out and why the shop was empty, and yes I do understand the cost of living .and when I’m being ripped off.

Friendly staff. I had my hair done by the lovely younger lady (won't say names in case she doesn't like that), but she did a great job, cutting my hair just as I had requested. We chatted and laughed quite a bit too. Thanks, T". I'm loving my new short haircut. See you again in a few months!"

Do not use this hairdresser, they are extremely rude especially the tall young girl behind the counter & the peroxide blonde that thinks she is all that, well you are both bullies, I will never return to this franchise.

I phoned to find out why I couldn’t use the app to book because I’m more than 15kms from the store. I was told it was not possible and said she couldn’t make a booking over the phone. I started to say I’ll have to put in a review (meaning for the app) when the woman hung up on me. Rudeness… there’s no excuse!
