This team is so kind and compassionate! I had an injury that has left me house bound, and I needed 2 scripts filled at different times. They delivered both scripts the same day, and were so compassionate in their care that they included this little treat for me that I wasn't expecting!! A HUGE thank you to all of the kind staff I've spoken with, you're all amazing and I'm so touched by the kindness you've shown me!!

I had my 2nd AZ covid shot here yesterday and it was a fantastic experience. I have a life-long phobia of needles, and was extremely anxious but the staff immediately made me feel at ease. The lovely nurse who administered the shot distracted me with conversation and I didn't even feel it. It was much more personal, and less chaotic/stressful than my initial shot which I received in a dr's clinic.I would strongly recommend Lyneham CC for anyone with a fear of needles in need of the covid vax!

I am stuck at home with COVID-19 and asked Lyneham Capital Chemist to deliver some RATs and Sudafed, which they did very happily. When I opened my package I was really surprised to also receive a packet of jelly beans with a get well soon note attached. This small touch was really thoughtful, and it really made my day.When I am not stuck at home with COVID, I have used Lyneham Capital Chemist many times and have always been impressed with their service, friendliness and professionalism. Definitely recommend!

Capital Chemist Lyneham charges a whopping $4.95 to have a pharmacist confirm your identity for a statutory declaration. This pharmacy's power trip to extort me of 5$ for a mere signature is hilarious. Plenty of places do stat decs for free so don't be taken advantage of at Capital-ist Chemist Lyneham.

Lyneham Capital Chemist was a disappointment. I went to get a specific part for my sleep machine. The staff member said they had the part but it was in a lot of boxes (out the back) and that she did not know anything about sleep machines. All I wanted the staff to do was to go and find the part, nothing else. I had my part so they could see what I was after. We were clear that I needed the part to sleep tonight. Their solution was to call the other chemists and see who had the part and send us to Dickson. I won’t be going there again.

I realise covid lockdown is an issue but my elderly mother had urgent script sent and twice I went to collect it to find chemist closed , between lack of communication from pharmacy and doctor now unable to get medication till Monday very very disapointing ,After I put my Gripe on here I was contacted and within an hour and the issue was sorted and we're happy to offer any assistance .to which I am grateful for. The situation hasbeensorted
