Staff need training on how to treat customers, spent $600 on fishing gear but to busy to line my new reel up. So refunded and will go somewhere else to spend money

Ordered 2 chairs online and they end up having the stock, went for a walk around when I picked up the chairs and it is a very clean and tidy store, was a few things I would of like to see in store but over all great customer service

Both Fyshwick and Batemans Bay outlets visited recently for different reasons.I cant praise the service enough.If they cant help with respect to store stocked items, they will find it for you even if this means looking online at competitor or other alternative sources.Very helpful, very knowledgeable, friendly.Quality service. 10 from ten.

The layout can be a bit confusing your first time but the store is roughly divided into boating, camping and fishing. Because there is often some cross-over in these areas, the staff are helpful and knowledgable. Prices are reasonable and the range is good.
