I went with the kids here whilst the wife had to go to a girls function. I asked one of the waiters, young man with curly hair wearing a cross for a colouring book and crayons as they usually have, he said they don’t have them anymore and he’s handing out colouring sheets to other families. That one worker is what’s wrong with this world.I’ll have to stick to the Punchbowl RASHAYS where the staff are respectful to everyone regardless of skin colour.

Very clean ambient. Food came quickly and very generous serving sizes. Great tasting,nice and hot. Great value for money.Manager Sham and team very helpful. Thoroughly recommend.

Delicious food, beautiful ambience and friendly staff. Perfect place to enjoy delicious food at a nice and relaxing place. Wide variety of food in the menu. Single serving also comes with sufficient quantity. Kids get a small activity pack while waiting for the food which keeps them busy. A bit overpriced though.

Very lovely staff, they have a good customer service. The food is nice, we got lamb ribs, pizza for our kids, spicy prawns. I will recommend for you the ribs. We love it. And they recommend us the drink. Strawberry lemonade, it's so yumm..For the place it's good, tidy, have playground for kids, they also give activitybook for kids while wait the food. Thank you

The staff were lovely, but the food....I've had better tasting food out of a microwave packet.If you want to fill your stomach and don't worry about taste or price, go here. (Decent portion size but expensive price tag).I'd give the food no stars but google isn't at that level of honesty yet.The staff were friendly, welcoming and quick.

I've been here on 3 occasions. Each time has only improved. After knowing how good the food tastes, I started to forget to take photos.Walking in gives you a nice family steak house looking vibe. There is a great play area that honestly was the main reason we initially tried this place.Being able to eat in peace while your kid is occupied is excellent. The food is great. I've had the lasagna, a burger and the lamb ribs.The lasagna is excellent as is with all rashays. It is utterly perfect and that extra garlic bread does not hurt at all, in fact it's something I never knew I craved after a massive lasagna. Priced quite well too.The lamb ribs was good too, I could say 7/10 and I think the lack of additional sauce / marinate options is a disappointment. They burnt some of it, but the rest was excellent.The cheese burger was not great. Better than a fast food joint but not on par with a burger joint.The staff are great. The manager is wow, and I mean that in both service and customer satisfaction. She went out of her way to help me sign up to become a member and get bit of a discount.Overall I was extremely pleased and will most likely frequent this restaurant.

Had a pleasant lunch with one of my friends here. Service was good and staff friendly.I had wagyu steak with chips and lemon butter. I wouldn't say it's the best cut steak, but it was still enjoyable.
