Our multistage Grundfos pump died about a week after we moved into our new house. These guys were the only company that offered to send someone out to take a look, and they did it the same day.It was a complicated replacement, with COVID limiting our options on replacement pumps, however they sourced one from Brissie on a Friday and it arrived on the following Tuesday. They came out and installed it immediately. Top notch job and no-nonsense with getting it sorted.Great customer service and really quick replies both via phone and email. Will probably hit them up for a rain water tank in a few months.
