Annoying service, I received an email saying my parcel was waiting collection at the post office and the email arrived at 3pm, when I got there they did I have to wait unt after 4 or come back Monday.My son's birthday present too, so it was annoying and really bad communication.

We arrived about 15 minutes before close on a Friday, trying to send a heavy, awkward item. Pia was extremely helpful, friendly and not stressed at all. She got us some old boxes and packing tape for us to make and pad our own box.The other staff seemed very efficient at this busy time with several other people asking questions and sending stuff.After recent experiences at other post offices, I'd say this post office sets the gold standard in customer service.If only they Were the model for other offices!

I think this post office needs better communication with the drivers the amount of times I've gone to get my parcel and get sent away because it hasn't arrived back when the time in the card said it will be back or when I'm trying to pick up mail for my husband that works out of town, the staff make it extremely difficult to collect my mail.

After feeling quite frustrated with the appalling service at Jubilee pocket I decided to go to Cannonvale post office instead. I was greeted with a very helpful and cheery Pia. Everytime I have been in to Cannonvale post office and served by her she has always been happy and bubbly. The other staff have been just as helpful and pleasant too.

The new location isn't the best place to have it.I catch public transport and honestly it was better near Coles, but on the other hand it does give me an excuse to go to big W
