BIG4 Ingenia Holidays Cairns Coconut

We went in for just day use, day passes no longer offered, so we paid for a nights accommodation just so we could use the park facilities.Great family fun (well worth the money). Plenty to do for young and old. Highly recommended for a visit if you are in Cairns.

We love cairns coconut. Have travelled from Sydney many times to stay and each stay is as good as the last. Kids are entertained with all the activities you can do. Leaving adults relaxed and happy. The cabins are always clean and well stocked.Cafe and shop well stocked and even in peak times our food didn't take much time at all to be cooked. With a great menu to choose from.Staff well what can I say... every one I've encountered are smiling and so helpful and nothing seems to be a bother. I'll be sad when my child is grown and doesn't want to come anymore as we have thoroughly enjoyed every holiday there.

Our favourite place to go as a family. So much entertainment for the kids. We love the water slides. Rooms are neat and tidy and food from the kiosk is great! Will definitely keep going back!

This caravan park is one of the best, we have visited throughout Australia. We stayed on a beautiful and very large site with a lot of vegetation between the sites. It felt like a little private garden.The two pools and two jacuzzis were amazing especially for those rainy afternoons.We especially loved the aqua aerobic with Carla. It was so much fun for a young couple like us. Keep up the good work!We only met really friendly people here.

Amazing park for kids and families!We stayed with family in a cabin that was really nice.The facilities are top notch.

Great facilities for the kids - pools, water slides, playgrounds, all fun and well maintained. Hardly needed to leave the caravan park but buses were right out front and it was so easy on the couple of occasions we did leave. Grocery shops within walking distance. Beautiful tropical gardens and planters made the accommodations feel private. Decent cafe on site. Will definitely be back

This place is amazing for a young family. We have 2 little kiddos who loved the pools, playgrounds and jumping pillows. Staff were super helpful, with loads of good recomendations by Shanise (Thanks so much!). Accommodation was neat and tidy, did the trick comfortably but nothing over the top. Location is good, just outside Cairns with a short drive in if you have a hire car. All in all, a ripper spot for a young family to stay and enjoy the facilities and as a base to get out and about in the surrounding areas. Would recommend and we will hopefully be back.

Fantastic facilities for family. We were a group of 7 ranging from age 7 to age 80 and there was plenty for everyone to do. Adult spa was fabulous and we thoroughly enjoyed the mini golf and table tennis during cooler and wet days. Cabins are very clean and the deck and barbecue area was just perfect for long evening meals.

Nice place with many facilities such as mini golf, tennis court, volleyball/badminton court and kids play area. It also has water slides and splash pool. Two nice swimming pool and spa areas. We can rent peddling go kart and golf carts to go around the area. The facility also provided free pancakes for breakfast on a Thursday and had a movie night on Friday. Few people preferred camping area and used community kitchen, which has all the kitchen facilities and a TV. But the public toilets are no cleaned frequently and the rooms are bit old with old bathrooms. The bathrooms has separate knobs for hot and cold water which does not maintain the hotness of the water flow.

Great place with lots of activities for kids, movie nights and pancake breakfast was a nice touch.Friendly, helpful staff was also appreciated.Room needed a bit of work, had a few maintenance issues and price was a bit high, even taking into account the services offered.
