Great service for a great price!!Maddison at King IT replaced my iPad screen. I was worried about how expensive it was going to be and how long it was going to take. Other shops had quoted me upwards of $1000 and over two weeks wait because the screen had to be ordered in.Maddi matched the cheapest quote I had received and ordered the screen that day. My iPad was ready in under a week and the screen replacement works perfectly! Thanks Maddi!!

I was served today by Tom Biffin whom helped me choose my daughters laptop and with Ryan Douros's knowledge the guys at KingIT installed and set up everything I needed to have the laptop ready for school. The staff took time to explain everything to me and made sure it was a simple process which I really appreciated. I'll be recommending these guys and using their service again.

Absolutely awesome customer service. Called me and kept me updated every step of the way. Explained things clearly and gave me plenty of options every step of the way. Dropped my laptop off on Saturday and they had it fixed by Monday afternoon. Highly recommend

I had issues with my charging port on my phone and they cleaned it out and got it working again. When I asked them how much for the service, they said don't worry about it. Only took 5 min but they were kind, generous and helpful.

Went in there today and stood around for about 3-4 minutes. And not even acknowledge the slightest bit.even though she saw us standing at the counter. She didn't say hello, or ill be with you in a minute. So yes. Its a very fair review. Standard customer service.
