What a professional company.From start to finish it was 10/10.A big thanks to Peta who came to do the measure and quote.She really knows her job.We went with Bushlane 8mm laminated flooring colour Grey Gum.What a difference it has made.The installers were just as professional and what a great job they did.I would highly recommend Peta and her team at Flooring Xtra Toukley.Keep up the great work.Good to see customer service is still alive.

Fabulous business. Gene goes over and beyond. I dont even live on the Central Coast. I reside in the Blue Mountains and Gene travelled to my home. Gene and his team absolutely outstanding! Customer service is of the highest order. Job was completed beautifully. Could not be happier. Thank you Gene and team you guys rock!

Had to deal with Flooring xtra Toukley, as they do NRMA house claims. Product good, Quoter Peta good, Floor layer's good,guy who employ's floor layer's terrible. No communication. Any problems are customers fault. Go elsewhere.

Very Happy Customer.After surviving 5 years of kids toilet training and a puppy dry cleaning could not get rid of stains or the stench out of my carpet (purchased elsewhere about 6 years ago).Very personable service. They care about their clients. Gene identified that there was also a moisture issue. This became very noticeable when the old carpet was ripped up.Carpet fitted yesterday, on time. Very happy with the recommended product. I highly recommended Gene and Nicky as they are clearly passionate about what they do. The service is second to none! I'd give them 6 stars out of 5. An absolute pleasure to deal with.

We just had vinyl flooring done to replace the carpet that did not withstand two kids and dogs and it has come up beautiful! We are so happy with the result and it was such a seem less experience from start to finish!

Had my kitchen and dining room floors done today. The boys were awesome. Came on time, were friendly, cleaned up after the job and even put my fridge back in. I highly recommend all coast flooring xtra at Toukley. They have done all my floors in my house and they all look fantastic.Thanks again

Do not deal with these people. Had carpet done by them and it failed. Ghosted us and dared us to go to the CTTT. We won!

Excellent customer service. High standard of workmanship from the installers. Solved the leveling issues and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. I had floating floor laid in Kitchen, lounge/dining and halls. Looks beautiful and reasonably priced.
