It’s been a long time since I saw a doctor who really took the time to talk to me and my child and explain things! I felt like I mattered and that our care was a priority! Thank you so much - we have a new family doctor!!

Moved to this practice as the one I used to go to didn't bulk bill any more. Best decision I have made. The reception staff are very friendly. The waiting room has a great TV that you won't watch for long because they actually run on time!!! The doctors are great, and the nurse I took my daughter to have her 18month shot was absolutely fantastic.. So quick and made the ordeal as pleasant as possible for both me and her. Glad I made the switch to Southern Star Medical.Great opening hours too!!

The medical centre is clean and bright. Staff at reception are friendly. The nurse is amazing at what she does. Dr Loh & Dr Quam are fantastic doctors. We were seen promptly, without any long waitPlenty of parking and chemist right next door.

Bright cheery and clean environment, the young girl at reception was smiling and attentive, the assistant was friendly and enthusiastic, and doctor was empathetic and knowledgeable.

Brand new practice with professional, kind, patient, understanding and Knowledgeable doctors. I’m glad to be taken care by Dr. Loh. Even the reception staff seems friendly and professional. And the mix billing prices seems fair. Having a Chemist next door is so convenient to fill my scripts. Thank you to the team. Keep up the good work.
