Received a great rate for an SUV, which was much cheaper than other companies. A great benefit is that you can earn Qantas points on your rental. The staff member was very friendly with a fast return process.

Pretty good, no real complaints. I went in one day to organise a vehicle for the next day. Dealt with a woman who needs to develop her customer service skills more. Picked up the vehicle the next day from a fellow who was friendly, cheerful and helpful. That made up for the day before.

Budget Hire Car return entrance is not signposted as Budget and is through the private carpark of the Ocean Breeze Resort off Noosa Drive, NOT off Hasting St.

Airport Rental - Overcharged on my credit card for a late fee. Car was dropped off 2 hours before return time in key return. No phone phone call or email to notify of the charge. Extremely poor!

Hired a van for 24 hours. $200 plus fuel. Be wonderful if at the time of hiring the Franchise would disclose the 22c per km charge. Asleep at the wheel. Will never use again. Must be nice to have the monopoly. Couriers are half the price.
