I had a small issue with the size of the table and the staff especially Katie made the process so easy to exchange. I was over the moon! Very friendly staff and great quality in furniture! Kieran from the warehouse called after my online purchase to explain some details about the product we had purchased. He was so polite, knowledgeable and informative. Then I received a call from the delivery driver yesterday explaining that he would deliver tomorrow. I thought that was lovely. We have ordered a lot of furniture lately for our new house, several delivery drivers left the items out in the rain without notice. This morning I messaged our delivery man who advised he had a different delivery address to the one I had mentioned. Well, blame it on baby brain or sleep deprivation or a whole number of other things but my phone auto-entered the wrong address at the time I ordered the items. My old address. The delivery driver basically changed up his entire delivery schedule at the last minute, I hurried over to our new house, and he and his assistant delivered the items promptly... And they were both so polite about it even though I'm sure it was an inconvenience.I am so happy with the service received and thank you very much.Plus, most importantly, the goods received were very high quality and even better than they appeared in the photos online!

We purchased the Santorini Modular lounge package along with the Capri outdoor dining setting. The material and fabrication of the products is made of high standard and are good quality pieces - very impressed. Whilst making enquiries on all four occasions from the initial enquiry through to purchase, payment and pickup the customer service was fantastic. Highly recommend this Company for purchase

Great place lovely staff. I brought 2 chairs from them one has a issue they did everything they could to help and replace the chair. Will recommend them to everyone. My parents love there chairs. Thank you to Kelsie and all the other staff that help.

We were pleasantly surprised, The quality is outstanding- we were extremely happy with all our purchases. We had the most fabulous service from Ben at Bay Gallery. We ordered the Santorini double sun lounge to fill an awkward spot near our pool. It arrived in speedy time and it came straight out of the box, ready to go. We absolutely love it and it fits perfectly in our outdoor area.

BayGallery furniture has a great outdoor furniture to suit different tastes and different budgets.The set is comfy and versatile and has helped create an entirely new living space in our home. Wanted to see this in person before we bought but it's not on display in Sydney unfortunately.We ordered it online anyway and wasn't sorry for buying it. It's solid and very well built. Everyone comments how good it looks.The only sad point was I had to chase them up once I ordered and paid for it.
