Coastal Pumps & Irrigation

Coastal installed a $2,000 pump which broke down after 1 month. Called them out and to their credit, they came out straight away. Turns out the pump was unrepairable. What happened next surprised me - Coastal told me to claim the pump on my insurance policy, and billed me to supply and install a new pump! I would have expected it to be replaced with an apology for the inconvenience at no cost, given it was defective. Eventually Coastal put in a warranty claim with Davey, who replaced the pump but Coastal wants me to pay over $300 for the original callout. Unbelievable. Message here is that if you sell stuff and it doesn't work, you fix it, and look after your customers or they will go elsewhere.

Bunnings is ok, but if you want top quality pumps and irrigation systems with guidance from professionals at a reasonable price, these guys will take care of you...

Mike and his team are awesome. I’ve used them to service my two submerged pumps for 5yrs now and the old fashioned friendly service has always been so good. My home flooded in the rains yesterday, I called after hours, and within the hour Chris was here. In the dark my pump was fixed and further damage alleviated. Thanks guys - you’re awesome!

What a great company to deal with. Needed an irrigation system and pump for a green house. Certainly went above an beyond .Certainly would not get that service or expertise from any big company.Ill be back for sure.
