I don't usually write google reviews but thought this was worth it. I really do not recommend using this picture framer. Very pricey, make you pay a deposit, and then promised to be done within a month. I called after a month and then again every two weeks for about 4months, and each time they had lots of different excuses and said it will done in a week". After 5months I went in and took my (completely unframed) painting back and got a refund. Not sure if this is a one off (and they're clearly understaffed)

After three years of excuses, lies and no communication from them I finally got my jersey back in it’s completely un touched state ( exactly how I took it in, broken frame and glass) and got a refund. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS AT ALL

‘The Artful Dodger’I bought my Dad’s 100 year old silk print in for new glass replacement on its frame. He told me it would take two weeks, he had the print 11 MONTHS without even completing it (including admitting to loosing it 6 months in)! I took the print and went elsewhere.He promised communication but I never heard from him, even though he kept promising it would be ready month after month and myself leaving empty handed every time I popped in.I sadly could never recommend this local framer, it’s not ‘Art with Distinction’, it’s ‘Art of Extinction’!

I am sorry to say I had the exact same experience here as just about everyone else, the only difference is I never got my pictures back:(

This Picture framer in Mount Evelyn did a wonderful job of framing and a very large print for us.
