James was amazing giving us some really helpful tips and lessons in how to get our new dachshund used to her new home. He was also great in making sure our other dog was able to adjust to the new member of the family easily. His knowledge and passion for dogs is incredible and we are still using his training tools months after the session. I would recommend James to anyone who has a dog that is in need of that bit of extra attention.

Would recommend James to anyone! He was very calm and has a very sensible approach to training dogs. My labradoodle puppy Annie responded well to his advice and training. James has a great knowledge about dogs and their behaviours!

We used JB Pawfect Pals for our new cocker Spaniel (Milo) who was quite anxious when we got him during lockdown. We now have a loveable, affectionate pup thanks to James. James's knowledge and experience has helped us to not only learn to discipline Milo but has helped us enjoy the training as well. During COVID we did a class over zoom with James, he made the process very easy, can only imagine how much better it would be if we were able to doing it in person. This is our little guy, Loki. Loki is the best pup and addition to the family we could have simply asked for.He is loving, energetic, and great amongst other family members too!We asked James from JB Pawfect Pals to help us support Loki as best as we can as we were having trouble with managing his barking behaviour, and walking on a leash.James has been out a number of times and has been very flexible with his scheduling.The information he has provided us has transcended our knowledge of supporting Loki and being the best fur-parents we can be.James’ approach is fantastic! We recently got a miniature Pinscher puppy who is feisty and stubborn so decided to get dog training early before bad habits formed. James was extremely knowledgeable, informative and hands on with the training of Lilli and the family teaching us all skills in how to handle her. She’s much calmer and better behaved since her training. James did an amazing job and followed up on her progress. Would highly recommend and will get him in again when she is old enough for some obedience training soon.
