Polyfone

Appears these guys have gone AWOL. No phones being answered, fixed or mobile. All their networks under AS37933 have disappeared from BGP peering tables. Website, DNS servers, etc all unreachable. All customers in the dark as to what's going on. Poor form from what was once a powerful force for Wireless networking in SE QLD. Sad loss. Any other Polyfone customers want to reach out and lets try to find a solution to the mess they've left behind.

we have had their wireless service for almost a year and yesterday internet just stopped working phone number cut off, website down, emails bouncing! they didn't even have the curtesy to let anyone know so we could try and organise anything else. Our business runs off online bookings so we are very let down which im sure everyone else out there have been too..

Have just disappeared off the face of the earth leaving us and many others in shambles . Something needs to be done and an explanation needs to be addressed and or legal action .

We've been dedicated customers of Polyfone for at least three years now. Our initial contact was to source a business grade solution to our low internet capacity on a rural site. The staff at Polyfone attended site, worked out what we would need to achieve our internet requirements, and provided precise costing and implementation planning. There after install service has been exemplary. Our internet service is stable and has allowed us to implement a total move of our onsite server function to the cloud as well as running multiple VOIP lines. This is a quality company to deal with and provides us with a quality service. 5 Stars all the way.
