1st time in any hotpot, all you can eat... the customer service is great they even recommended and showed around how and what to do!! Also meat is halal certified for my Muslim friends out there. Who is looking to eat here.. highly recommended!!

Wonderful experience!We had the buffet here, it was a very nice experience, you get to choose from a variety of soup bases and then you get to add meat and veggies to it and cook it yourself according to your liking, Perfect place for wintertime and the best part is the food is halal, staff service is excellent and the place is quite hygienic!!

Ordered one standard size malatang soup and 1 large through uber eats. I also ordered 3 drinks and dumplings as well. 3 drinks, dumplings missing and they gave me 2 standard size malatang soups.I will be honest they food is good but I am utterly disappointed that they can't even get my bloody order right.

- The place has many variety of options to choose from and it’s price is decent for an all you can eat buffet hotpot.- the soup bases taste authentic 4/5- only negative thing I can say is the wire of the stove top. I found it annoying.- in summary it does not taste like a restaurant but high end take away

Tasty halal hotpot with many choices for soup broths and toppings!I love that you and your partner get a separate bowl each and the staff are friendly, constantly topping up our soup when needed.I need to come back, craving the spicy soup broth!

4.7 - The Best All-You-Can-Eat Hotpot Buffet ($37) that I have had. And no crowds! Makes it perfect for catch-ups with friends. I love the items they have there although the only thing missing is probably Asian drinks and desserts (like a sweet red bean soup or white fungus papaya to soothe those throats after all the heat of the Hotpots). Or else a drink of wintermelon or plum to even up our systems? They have watermelon, which is great, but it's often room temperature rather than chilled. Love this place though! Glad I brought my friends to experience it! This is the only thing I come out to Bankstown for!

Love this place.Has a lot of options.Good meat and sauces.Staff are also very patient and approachable.The only thing is it can get a little bit crowded.Recommended for groups and families.

My second time coming here, first time was in 2019. The food is still very good. It used to be $37 pp (Not including drinks) and currently it's $40 (Not including drinks). The chicken soup was very plain in 2019, so I tried the Peppercorn soup this time in 2022 and it was delicious. It's very fun to cook the thin slices of meat using the stove. Mala flavour on point. I made a delicious sauce at the sauce station with sesame oil, sesame sauce, chilli oil, chilli sauce, sugar, sesame seeds, cilantro, garlic, hoisin sauce, and green onions.

$39 hot pot buffet. I found this place cheap in price, and also cheap in food. The seasame paste sauce was watered down so much it taste like seasame water sauce. The tables look worn. The chairs were so dirty. There was a gazillion people here lining up for a cheap feed. Floors were sticky. Service is poor. Plenty of empty sauce pots not filled and food not filled in. I question the hygiene of this place. The hot pot soup base wasn’t that tasty either. Will I come back? no. I rather pay more money for better hygiene, better seating, better food and service.Just letting You know I had gastro after eating here and I was also pregnant! Hygiene here is rather concerning !
