Whoever the male Christmas casual is who works at Morley Galleria was extremely rude and insulting towards me. Not sure how people like this land a sales job! Please consider training your staff to be courteous and kind towards people. It's really not that hard!

Thank you Bec and Anna for a fabulous experience today. A birthday voucher given was used on a most relaxing 90 minute massage from Anna who has the most gentle hands, I caught myself nodding off...and the lovely Bec whom gave me a lovely hand manicure. Wonderful friendly service.

My wife came into today to get a massage, and it was the worse massage she has ever had. I am so disappointed as this was a gift voucher I got for in the amount $230. If I had known the service would be so poor, I would have got it for another day spa. She complained to the girl on the front desk but there was no care factor. What a total rip off! How do you operate a business like that? Anyone thinking of going here avoid avoid avoid. Just close your doors. It is clear that there is no care factor from managment either as I can see other people have complained and your service has not improved. We will not be returning to any of your locations in the future.To the unsuspecting consumer, I strongly advise to go somewhere else unless you would like a similar poor service for top dollar.

Literally the worst massage I’ve ever had. I have been to Keturah before but have never been so disappointed! The standard has slipped big time. My husband gave me a bday voucher for massage & facial. The lady was lovely & kind but literally just rubbed the same areas over & over & over to the point where it became annoying. She didn’t pay attention to the areas I asked for or tailor the experience to suit my needs at all. My arms weren’t even touched! The ‘facial’ was just cheek circles. So many I nearly asked her to stop. A complete waste of money and, to make matters worse, I thought I would send a constructive email, explaining my experience & suggesting the woman be given further training. I sent the email twice & got no response whatsoever. Obviously this company doesn’t care about the customer experience. I have another voucher (my husband got me 2 for my birthday) and I will be asking for a refund. Do yourself a favour, go to another spa.

Really disappointed, birthday surprise that was ruined. Spa bath was so cold I almost jumped out my skin and the bath. Salt exfoliation was a joke. Only the top of my arms, legs, then was sat up and my back was done. This was meant to be full body exfoliating. And not very well may I add. The young girl was obviously learning and just left to get on with it while the experienced staff sat at the reception. The stone massage although enjoyable was not correctly done. The stones where used as a massage tool instead of a proper massage. Staff not helpful at all.What should have been a pleasant de stressed massage turned out to be more stressful. Would NEVER recommend them to anyone. And cost $300 + for the experience. Not happy.

This is a clean, relaxing space which generally delivers a quality spa experience. However the treatments are all very pricey and I've had mixed experiences the times I've been - sometimes amazing, sometimes not at the standard I expect.

Felt that the young lads was a bit uninterested in her performance. For the price felt little difference to my skin. I have had superior facials

I love the services but the Wolf blass Sparkling is a bit cheap for a top Spa In Perth.

Extremely underwhelming pregnancy massage. It was like being stroked with a feather. No pressure at all. I was also asked to lie flat on my back, and in the third trimester this is not recommended for health reasons. The therapist was unaware of this. For an apparently ‘specialised’ service it was not even close to being worth the money. I have had numerous others, at half the price, much more pleasing. I did pass on my feedback, however it was not validated and they had excuses to give. No offer of a refund or other compensation. Avoid. If not for you and your baby’s wellbeing but also your wallet.
