Been training there close to 5 monthsFrom my time there- the owners and trainers have been nothing but very respectful and very very fair to all including me which I really want from a muay thai gym- the people that I’ve met and trained with over time have the same positive open minded mindset like me which is to enjoy training and learning Muay Thai- they genuinely do their best to make sure to take care and look after each and every member who is part of cabra Muay thaiIn general, I definitely recommend anyone who wants to learn Muay Thai or currently has been training still, to try out cabra muay thai

One of the best gyms in Sydney to learn authentic Muay Thai!Classes are well structured, passionate coaches keep the class engaging. I also appreciate the CMT team for going above and beyond to provide a safe and fun environment for people from all walks of life.Oh, did I also mention they’ve got a stable of quality fighters to train with, if you ever consider stepping into the ring one day.

CMT is an excellent gym with an unbeatable culture. I have witnessed the gym grow significantly over the past few years and I believe this is a testament to the quality of trainers; particularly Pete, Thomas & James. I started doing PT’s with Thomas who is a patient, thoughtful and overall exceptional trainer and our sessions have quickly formed part of my weekly routine. I would encourage anyone to do a trial class - you’ll have a great authentic Muay Thai experience.

Although Cabra Muay Thai is relatively distant from where I live, that doesn’t change the fact that I’d choose them over the many local Muay Thai gyms in my area. They’re humble, professional, and 100% genuine who teach the real deal. Big thanks to Peter, Thomas and Jaydon for helping me out the past couple of weeks. It’s truly a pleasure coming here.

Terrible place I have been many places to train before and well this has to be the worst place I’ve ever been… nothing is kept clean. People aren’t nice and everyone seem to give judgemental stares as if I wasn’t meant to be there. Just wasn’t a vibe at all.. don’t train here!

Great place for beginners, very supportive and friendly staff. I didn’t feel left out and they cater for all fitness levels. The trainers are very experienced and the routines are different in each class. Highly encourage everyone to support this gym and give this place a trial.

I’ve tried many different MMA and Muay Thai gyms. Cabra Muay Thai is in a league of its own! Friendly people, no egos and a wealth of knowledge between the trainers.
