Carl is able to sort out individual tax returns but not in a timely manner. As a small business owner I found he caused me a great deal of stress. He claimed to have lodged my Bass with the ATO but hadn’t. He had numerous excuses for his inaction ranging from blaming his employees to personal circumstances, all of which I had much sympathy for. He rarely responds to messages. This is sad for me to say since I referred him to two other small business owners but his service is the enemy of small business, rather than the saviour which is the delusion impression Carl operates under. He is knowledge, to some extent, but really needs to organise himself better if he is to provide a service which is even close to satisfactory.

I do not want any one else to go through what I have with Carl at ‘Get my tax sorted.’ Carl does not respond to messages, either txt, email or voicemail. He is rarely in his office & when you finally see him randomly in the street has multiple reasons for why he has not responded to messages. I run a small business & his inaction has caused me significant difficulties. Told me he had lodged my return yet hadn’t.
