Just purchased a new Ute from Henry dean at GWM Hillcrest.Henry was nothing but short of amazing! He was a pleasure to deal with through the whole journey, from taking a test drive, to driving the new car out the door.Very friendly, helpful, and always told me not to hesitate to contact him with any questions I had.If I could give you more than 5 stars Henry, I would.Who every buys a new car from the Hillcrest dealership, Henry is your man.Thank you for a very pleasurable experience and I’m sure we will do business again in the future.

Melissa did a perfect job finding me and my family dream car. She made it feel so easy for me to purchase. She made me and my little family comfortable when we came into the store and even interact with my babies. I definitely recommend this place, if anyone gets a chance please meet Melissa she's a wonderful lady with such beautiful energy

Not Happy with there sales Team. Purchased a new Car in Promotion period with all cash. Supposed to receive Gift card within month But it’s been over 2 Months now, I have sent them many email, Messages but got not reply back on any Update. Really worse costumer service. The Time they were selling the car, They were giving call and Sending messages every Day. Would Never Recommend to anyone.

Did my car for second service and they did car wash but they didn’t. So I told the staff and they told me will wash again . After few hours later and they only clean car panel but not wheels.

Very sadly I’m posting this review.I got a great car but their after sales approach is very unprofessional.I’m waiting to get delivered my accessories for 2 months. Which they assured a month before. I tried to call many times to find out the progress of my order, all the time someone say they would call me back. I never got a call back or message regarding my call. It’s very disappointing and frustrating their approach. As a customer I’m expecting a decent service which I paid for.I never experienced such horrible experience from any of the car dealers and won’t recommend to anyone to go to this dealer .I don’t want mention anyone’s name personally who I dealt with.

Was a pleasure to deal with Henry. Very prompt communication and easy going nature. Henry is also taking care of my wife’s vehicle purchase. Would highly recommend Hillcrest Haval 10/10

Site Li was very polite and helpful. He is definitely the man to see if want buy a new or second hand car. I recommend him to everyone who wants a car .

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Melissa for helping me out every step of the way with my new car! Even after collecting the car, she offered her help in getting a minor scratch fixed up for us! Highly recommend speaking to Melissa if you're in the market for a new car!

I dealt primarily with Henry.He followed the sale process closely with me at all times and answered all my questions promptly and effectively even tho he was new to the job. Cant ask for more really and we are happy with the car, cheers, Peter H
