Chris and the team managed my property in Manoora, with me based in Sydney.Not only did Chris and Ash refuse to share details of new tenants when I repeatedly requested, they accepted woeful tenants who ended up being squatters and damaged my building.Chris and his team lost all paperwork of the tenants which when they finally were vacated by police, I had no means of claiming against them.Chris wasn’t proactive in telling me about these issues, and only after I had no income for 4 weeks and I got through on phone did Chris in piece meal explain what was happening.With a new agent and so much happier now, don’t go near these guys
