I got an appointment on short notice for a restyle cut and a full head of foils which I was impressed about! Gaga worked her magic and the colour she achieved and the cut are mind blowing, way beyond expectation !! my hair feels lovely and healthy and looks amazing. the price was very reasonable for what I had done. highly recomend.Gaga is the best!

I’ve been to this salon two times and both experiences were awful.The first time I got my hair done here was back in early 2021 where I got highlights done by Larry. After sitting down and having my consultation with Larry, I asked the lady at the front desk if she could add up how much the total cost of my hair would be. She told me the price would be $270 and I asked her TWICE to make sure and confirm the price as I had a budget on what I was willing to spend on my hair. The service from Larry was great. He was very friendly and did a great job with my hair. I really loved the highlights and everything was going great. However, when it was time to checkout, Larry told me the price was $320 which was $50 more than what the lady at the front desk told me it was going to be. I told Larry that I was told it was going to be $270 but he persisted that I pay $320 instead of $270. After about 5 minutes of us talking about it he ended up just letting me pay the price I was told originally. It was a hassle however I brushed it off and thought it was just a simple mistake as he was very friendly and did do a great job on my highlights.I decided to go back again earlier this year. I’m not sure who the stylist was who was working on my hair but he was very passive aggressive. From the moment I walked in, he looked like he didn’t even want to be there. During our consultation, I told him I wanted to go from black box dyed hair to blonde. He rolled his eyes and sighed and rudely told me he wouldn’t be able to do that due to the box dye. As a stylist, you should be KINDLY informing your customers on what you can and can’t achieve with their hair instead of belittling them. We agreed to do a balayage instead as it was more of a realistic goal for my hair which I was fine with. When it was time to checkout I was told the price was $450… I asked the owner why it was so expensive and he said it was because of the specific toner and amount that was used on my hair which was clearly bs. The owner was very rude, aggressive and defensive so I ended up just paying and leaving because I wanted to get out of there.I have no issues with prices being high. It’s their salon and their business so they are entitled to choosing their own prices. However, this salon deliberately lies and overcharges their customers.I DO NOT recommend and will definitely not be returning here. Don’t bother wasting your time and money here.Also judging by the way the owner replies to other google reviews on this business already speaks so much volume on what kind of person he is. So much attitude and disrespect. A reevaluation on basic customer service skills is clearly needed for him.

Words cannot explain how much I regret coming here. They did not give me the colour, nor the cut I asked for and I ended up having to redo it twice in this salon, then fixing it in another, i also noticed a week later, my hoodie was ruined because they got bleach all over the back of it and did not think to tell me even though they knew. So please whatever you do, do not come to this salon, it is truly the biggest waste of my money and time and take it from me, it is not worth that risk.

One of the worst hair salons owner was very rude they charge you a price over the phone and when you walk in they don’t tell you they going to charge more until you finish and come to pay they give you totally different price with a $50 difference they trying to ripp people off. Owner told me to get off of his shop just because I told him why he wants to charge that much difference. Avoid this place

I asked for a shoulder length and long layers haircut lady was cutting it way too short it was above my shoulders and no long layers.

Went down for a haircut with the kids and was amazed with the customer service and hospitality that Alex gave us and was given probably one of the best haircut and offered me a head wash which was so relaxing. Me and the kids came out looking fresh. Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve been in search of a good hairdresser for a while now and I believe I’ve found him! Larry is absolutely amazing! The colouring he did on my hair was way more affordable than all the other hairdressers I’d enquired at Stocklands. I returned a week later to get more colour as I was being cautious and wanted it to be subtle the first time. He didn’t want to charge me but I had insisted. Larry and some of the team members who worked on my hair gave the best service. Such a friendly team, great prices and I am so happy with the results!

Came here at the start of this year and coloured my hair to a platinum blonde by getting a bleach done twice and a toner, all for $150, and the platinum blonde lasted a long time. Came back here about a month ago to receive the same service…Tony did one bleach session to turn my hair basically yellow, and told me to get it platinum blonde I can book another bleach service on a different day. At the end he also tried to sell me some hair product to make it platinum, i was charged $220, and my hair was no longer platinum blonde after a week.
