Amazing experience by Lexus of Sutherland.From the first moment I enquiry Michael Tang (sales manager) was very attentive to listen and guide me through my purchase. The car is better than the photos and so happy with his hospitality and knowledge of the Brand. Very good to deal with, went above and beyond, bought a used car, as part of the negotiated price they agreed to service the vehicle, they found out it needed a repair valued at $2500, they not only took that cost on themselves but they arranged to have it completed at a Lexus Dealership closer to me which was even more cost to them, but more convenient for me.

Got my Prado Kakadu just one day before Christmas Eve, the sales person Mr.X is a super nice guy! He put a Christmas Gift in my trunk that really surprised and satisfied me. I’m very happy with this purchase. Gonna to abuse this tough machine in mud and dirt soon in the coming holidays!

Picked up my Lexus today. Met Xavier salespeeson from Lexus Sutherland.Dealing with Xavier just unbelievable, he is very helpful, friendly, patience and just not ordinary car salesman.He explained all the functions and gadgets in the car with me.He offers me to come back to see him if anything not quite clear.Overall the pricing and service just fabulous.Would highly recommend to anyone.

Very happy with the Lexus of Sutherland team led by Raymond Kan, always attentive and thoughtful customer service for both sales and car servicing. For my recent trade-in, I was looked after by Xavier who provided me with a loan car before the new car was delivered and was super helpful throughout the process. After sales care is equally as important as the car itself, and Lexus definitely lives up to its name.
