After a recent visit can definitely say the medical centre is phenomenal and has great staff, providing quality service. Big thanks to Dr Malhotra for providing the Medical assistance in a professional manner. Would highly recommend seeing him.

Going to the doctors is usually an absolute hassle for me. However, I was very positively surprised when I went to the medical center in Cronulla for the first time.The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating, and Dr. Malhotra very caring. He was honestly the best doctor I’ve had so far.Overall I felt very welcome and looked after.I would recommend it to anyone!

After having a terrible experience with a doctor down the road I came here. Could not have been happier. Doctor was very kind and understanding as I explained what was going on and even helped me with a referral. Thanks so much. Will most definitely be back again.

This is the worse medical clinic I have been to. You have to wait upto 30 mins even though they take bookings and don’t bulk bill. They use ‘mixed billing’ to try and charge you at any opportunity. Even just to remove a small foreign body from my foot, I was charged in addition to the consult fee - it took 2 mins! I was told it’s ‘clinic policy’ to charge these additional fees and to overbook patients. It’s not worth the stress of coming here. I have been to bulk billing clinics that are much more efficient and easy to deal with. This place has called me so much stress when they are supposing to be supporting you.

Doctor Kanav Malhotra went above and beyond. I walked in for a regular cold checkup and walked out with the knowledge I had sinus and gut issues and also with solutions to take of them. He was empathetic, effective, efficient and I'll definitely be coming back here again.

Had an absolutely appalling experience with Dr Wah.Extremely unprofessional and rude.She refused to treat my child as she was angry I missed a Telehealth appointment that she was late for and I could not take the call as I was working.She was over 2 hours late for my appointment which I then had to reschedule and was then another 4 hours late.She yelled at me and hung up the phone and would not treat my daughter.We will never return to that clinic again.

All the staff here at Cronulla are absolutely lovely. My daughter visiting from interstate was given an urgent appointment and the staff fitted her in immediately even though they were so busy. After the baby was heard screaming after her examination, the caring office staff brought out a bubble machine to try to calm her down! What wonderful support and care! The doctors are all professional and very helpful and caring. Highly recommend this practice. Thankyou.

Basically I was recommended a dr. Very disappointing appointment. Was kept waiting half an hour, got told test results but not allowed to discuss because dr had to see other patients. I was in and out in 5 minutes which is not even the full time for a basic consultation. Confusion over blood pressure medication and not allowed to discuss this either. And add insult to injury the dr told me that bulk billing may come to an end for me and when I tried to discuss it I got cut off again. NOT A GOOD LOOK FOR THAT DOCTOR....SHAMEFUL!!

Do yourself a favour and avoid this place. Non bulk-billing practice yet sat in the waiting room for 25 minutes for the privilege of being treated as though I was some criminal and being denied a request for pain relief. Disgusting behaviour.
