Fantastic service from very courteous and expert sales people who take the time to go through your best options to get your best and most cost effective solution. Samantha and Miranda were just so friendly offering great coffee and advice and have the whole range there to see and understand the options. I left a very happy customer with every thing I wanted...and my small dog was welcome too! Very highly recommended.

What a fabulous experience we had when we visited this store yesterday. David the sales consultant was fantastic. His product knowledge and customer service skills ensured that we will return to order exactly what we need in coming days. The store was well laid out, spotless and showing the total range of Miele products. Anyone considering buying a Miele product should definitely visit this store.

The new Brighton East Miele store is incredible. It has an excellent range of Miele products and the staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Marina took the time to compare products for us and quickly identified our needs to ensure that we got the perfect outcome. As it is a new store it appears to be a hidden gem, enjoy this treasure of a store before its fully discovered.

Walked in to buy flacons for the dryer and walked out with a new vacuum cleaner!I can not recommend Miele Brighton more highly. The staff were friendly, warm and welcoming. Their information knowledge of the product was fantastic. Their service was next level. Nothing was too much to ask for or too hard for them to do.Mark Aston was an absolute delight to deal with. I cannot speak highly enough of Samantha and Tracey. I arrived to smiling, welcoming and extremely efficient staff. The coffee was great too. I was able to sort through some questions, and also book into a class to further understand how to use my Miele ovens. I recommend a visit to this new centre. And I’m looking forward to my class, which sounds like great fun.Cheers Rhoda.
