Really bad experience. I took keratin smoothning treatment from here and after washing my hair it is back to normal as it was. 100% not satisfied

Im a qualified hairdresser and came into Kokos to trial there products for my clients.Firstly Tracey used the in-salon PH Balance treatment on my hair and then finished off with the take home treatment for blondes. I am AMAZED! Being blonde my hair is very damaged and I have been using another well know brand for blondes and I will be honest, Tracey's products are far more luxurious and better value. THESE PRODUCTS WORK!

Absolutely enjoyed my keratin treatment today. Tracey and Shenaaz have a beautiful vibe thats very welcoming and homely. Very impressed and so in love with the end results of my hair. Definitely would recommend Kokos Haven to anyone looking for a glamorous look and a wonderful experience. Thanks again ladies, I will definitely be back.

Thanks Koko Haven salon special thanks to Courtney I went the salon while I give up my hair she provided me a wonderful job she put extra hours on my hair , I left the salon while I know how to wash and take care my hair she gave me consultation, and even after my treatment how my hair will look like and to day was my first wash and it’s as she told me. Had my daughter's hair done today and Tracey was so nice and patient with her. It took a lot longer than expected but she calmly worked away till the job was done. And the end result was absolutely fantastic. My daughter was crying with fear before we started but we couldn't get the smile off her face after it was done. It far exceeded our expectations. I would 100% recommend Koko's Haven!Tracey and Courtney are absolutely amazing and talented at what they do!My hair went from being a thick afro to pin straight in one visit.Not only do they transform your hair, but they actually help you learn more about it and how to maintain it.Besides the hair transformation the two of them are absolute queens! The customer service is 100/100. The salon is so welcoming and the two of them are so happy and bubbly and are actually interested in you and how to best help you.Thanks again ladies for you great work.

Let me telllllll you about Kokos Haven!!!!I was a sceptic thinking nothing can fix my dead hair...Not only did these beauties provide top notch customer service, they kept their word and brought the life back into my hair. They catered to my poly thick haired girl needs and I will forever ever be thankful. These ladies work so hard and I am in AWE of them. AMAZING salon with amazing staff! I have thick, FRIZZY/coily polynesian hair (as you can see in this picture) and my hair was just a mess,super dry and damaged - I truly thought there was nothing you could do with my hair until I met Tracey and Courtney. These ladies KNOW their craft very well and you are missing out if you don't let them do your hair. They educated me & showed me how to properly care for my type of hair and made sure I was aware of everything they were doing to my hair & answered every question I had. THANK YOU SO MUCH KOKO'S - the ONLY salon I will let touch my hair!!!!!
