I had an issue with a script in Hervey Bay where I live, I usually fill my scripts in Victoria Point when I come down for my fortnightly appointments but I needed one early. Monica went above and beyond to fix the problem for me while the pharmacy in Hervey Bay just sat back and dug their own grave. Thanks Monica you have me for life.

I was charged $17.95 for a tube of Itch Eze that I could have bought from Chemist Warehouse for $7.00. What a rip off. I wouldn't recommend this Chemist to anyone unless they wish to be overcharged. Disgusting!!!!!!

Exceptional outstanding setvice. Louise the owner and pharmacist is the nicest lady anf knows all of her customer's names, taking the time to greet each one individually with a big smile. The staff are also friendly, kind,helpfully and overall just wonderful. Its like visiting friend's when you visit this pharmacy!
