Electric Water Heater died over the weekend which caused chaos for the family but the guys from iPlumb were very responsive and were able to sort it out straight away. Extremely happy with the service. The guys were prompt, professional and pleasant to deal with, knew their stuff and left the place looking spotless after they finished up. Highly recommend !

Called this company on recommendation , and it started out very good .We had quite bad roof leaks , and Daniel the owner came out said don't worry this is my forte , there is no leak I can't find .Well he did identify and fix the major ones , but he also recommended that we put in a gutter flashing to completely fix the issue .I gave him the go ahead to do the work , then all communication stopped apart from the office sending me an out standing invoice , I was waiting to pay when we did the last flashing .I rang the office and explained this , and also emailed saying when is Daniel coming to fit the last flashing then .............SILENCEApart from the request for payment .Nice guy , BUT .I will now wait for the generic business response from the office girl Chloe , who is probably the one that said she would get Daniel onto it .The job was in Chirn Park , so you can look it up.

You blew me away the fact you arrived early.You really explained things well. Daniel from Iplumb Solutions found the sewer leak and repaired it - a fabulous job. He also helped complete bathroom renovations in our property and was truly professional and respectful completing a great job. Michaela joined him in cleaning our gutters which were choc-a-block full - so thank you so much to this company of people who are just awesome.

iPlumb installed water meters throughout our Estate, detecting and fixing leaks in the process. This major work was conducted using the best equipment and all personnel were professional, reliable, punctual and great to deal with.The price was value and the work exemplary. The Council Water representative confirmed the installation is very well done.The body corporate has been using iPlumb for 4 years as they can be relied on to do a first class job.

Daniel, Joel and Kai have done a fantastic job. They were punctual, tidy and communicated very well. I couldn't have been more impressed by their work.Unfortunately our exerperience was tainted by dealing with reception support staff. I am certain there will be a recurring theme with complaints received. It is unlikely that this is can corrected with further staff training but is more likely to be an issue with personalities that are less suited to customer facing roles.It is a shame to say that I would be hesitant to recommend iPlumb to others because of this experience.I do hope that this can be improved because the plumbers are very good at what they do!
