Shocking service! Very unprofessional management. Waited nearly 11 weeks for a sample to receive shocking quality products that I payed $500 for! I could get better quality on a Balinese market asked for a refund because the experience was terrible. Then was told it was my fault for submitting the wrong files by the sales manager Amanda ! Which I provided emails stating the files she wanted and asked for a full refund which i thought was very fair considering the way I had been treated ! From then I have had no response or contact with the company and connot get hold of them ! Very unprofessional and quality wise ! Stay away ! Day light robbery
