Dive Busselton Jetty

We had a great time at the Busselton Jetty Undersea Walk. Recommend for those who haven't tried underwater yet and even SCUBA qualified divers too.Very clear under the jetty and lots of marine life to see.Thanks team.

A very excellent dive. Fantastic marine life and corals on the jetty pillars. Max depth of less than 8m so long relaxing dives. Fairly cold water but not too bad. The dive people were friendly. I should note though that although the website says to get there 5-10 minutes early that if you're doing the 9am dive do not get there early. They won't be able to let you in anyway. Also, wear sunscreen for the walk out to the end of the jetty and back.

The amount of this refund will be the amount you paid for your ticket, less $99. No refund is payable if you decide to end your tour early, after you have let go of the dive ladder and commenced your undersea walk.” -cancellation and refundI have got scared because there is something wrong with my scuba dive equipment, couldnt even equalize better with the mask and regulator, tried three times and I have doubt so I decided not to continue. Asked If I could change to the seafloor walk only, but seems they dont care cause they said it was my decision not to continue. Not even any cents of refund. So I lost my $206 for nothing. What a waste.Update after a week:They called me and offered me rebook voucher that valid for a year. But I still feel upset why they could not anticipate this right away when I was in there to solve the issue. Still blaming me that I didnt understand term&cond.

Such a beautiful spot. Staff is awesome. We have done the whales shark tour in Exmouth with then and once again we were really happy with the experience proposed by this company.If you have your scuba diving ticket I highly recommend to do the scuba dive (and add the second dive really worthy).

It’s supposed to be fun and enjoyable because I dive for my birthday celebration. The visibility was bad and I was getting anxious because of that. The gear I will say in a not so good condition, when I climbed down the stairs I could hear the noise (air went out) from the cylinder I used and I said that to one of the staff that guided us down but he didn’t say anything so I just decided to dive without even getting any gear checked and so on (when I dive through another dive shop and experienced the same issue, they fix and change my gear straight away). I dive there before and it took more than 60 minutes but this one not even 40 mins and my budy and I already nearly run out of the air (around 60 bar) so my budy and I decided to ascend and swim back from the end of the jetty back to the ladder. I also recommended my friend to try the try scuba through dive Busselton jetty and felt so bad because he didn’t even ended up dive and didn’t even get any compensation or so. I was so upset and embarrassed because I was the want who encouraged him.

Thank you all for a wonderful Undersea Walk we had recently, after an initial hiccup which was rectified professionally and exceeded my expectations.I highly recommend the Undersea walk, having not dived for 30 years and my wife never having dived this was a great way to see the underworld again. Everyone involved was professional, courteous and polite. Everything was explained clearly and the walk lasted about 25 minutes which was the perfect time.So much to see below the jetty, it should not be missed by anyone. Definitely suitable for most ages and a great introduction to life under the ocean.The photo package is a must, absolutely amazed at they quality. Hopefully will be back early next year to do my Open water course with you (and wife).Thanks again

I did the Try Scuba Diving" tour with instructor Kieran. Having never scuba dived before

Had a great dive with the try Scuba experience, partner and I basically first timers diving so special shoutout to Kieran for all his patience and calming presence! Loved the under water fist bumps for encouragement.

I did my PADI Open Water Diver scuba ticket with Dive Busselton Jetty, they were super helpful, very patient and made sure I was getting the skills I need to become a safe scuba diver.The service was brilliant and I feel confident in the basic scuba skills they taught me. I'll definitely be booking in a few more dives at the end of Busselton Jetty with them to further develop my skills.
