The Total Trainer is a lot cheaper than the similar trainer advertised on tv with various personalities appearing in it. As such I was expecting a trainer of perhaps lesser quality, but because I was buying it for my wife and she was unlikely to damage it, I went ahead and bought one for her. Well what a surprise! The quality is very good, the functionality is excellent, and trainer provides for a wide range of exercises. No surprise, I now use it more often than my wife does, and she gives it a fair workout. Tim Quinn from Total Trainer is very focused on customer service and backup support. A great exercise unit, easy to fold and stow, and easy to set back up. Impressed overall.
