Came in with a colleague who was buying shoes. Mentioned that the current pair of Aquila I was wearing hadn't aged well (4 weeks old). Trav served me, was prepared to swap them out, threw in some shoe cream for me to sort out the scuffing. Absolute legend. Great customer service. Will be back.

They only have shoes from china not the normal aquilla italian shoes they carry at there non DFO stores so u get what u pay for i guess

This is not a review of the store where I bought the product, but the product itself. I have had the shoes for a few months now, and when the ground is wet from rain the shoes get wet inside, and stain my feet a horrible dark colour that does not come off for DAYS. I'm surprised, given the price, how poor quality the shoes are. I have never had this staining from any other shoes in the last 15 years since I started my career. Would never buy again.

Its a trend went into Aquila to buy more shoes again no help no acknowledgement just looked at us. Its really hard I have found in outlet places to get service. Very disappointing from the team on a Saturday store empty customer wanting to buy not to get service

Hands down some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. Went in a with a rough idea of what I wanted and was guided by an extremely helpful staff memeber who seemed like he was the manager. He looked at my suit that I was wearing the shoes with (school formal) and was extremely accomadating making sure everything matched well. Threw in a matching belt for half price and a free pair of socks. Will definitely be going back in the future.
