The magistrate is such a joke, I remember is William something. without knowledge of law and being racist to people who is oversea.

The police officer who greeted me and took my temperature was very helpful and so was the gentleman who taught me how to fill up my forms. I was there today at about 12:30 pm. Thank you gentlemen.

The judges are scam of the earth! No mercy at all! God is watching you. You will have painful demise.

Magistrate Bartley does not allow a defendant pleading guilty to express the position they are in. Take myself for instance I wanted to make the magistrate aware that I'm under severe Deppresion & suffering from PTSD, also had to deal with 4 family deaths in last 4 years.Instead he railroaded me to a fine of the tune of $900. Personally I feel he should be caring to every individuals needs & circumstances. Than act accordingly.I entered a guilty plea under Durras due to legal aid failing to represent me. I wanted to plead NOT GUILTY, as I'm. Unfortunately I was advised to do the opposite. As an Australian I feel my rights & beliefs have been violated. Our court system, specially Newtown is nothing more than a joke. It's simply there conspiring with other parties 2 obtain a Revenue..GO GET IT FROM THE RICH.
