Withcott Service Centre
I had my trailer serviced there again recently and once again was very happy with their attention to detail, customer service and pricing. The trailer also needed some repair work and I was happy with the results of that as well. I will be a repeat customer and I am happy to recommend them. Brett, Stirling & Matt do great work and are very easy to discuss things with.

The staff where extremely professional, genuine and friendly, a very rare combination these days. Efficient and a pleasure to deal with. The team at Withcott Service Centre were absolutely fantastic. I mistakenly put petrol in my diesel car on a Friday afternoon. The were the RACQ agent and they towed the car to their service centre. They stayed back on a Friday afternoon to fix it which was such a blessing since I had been driving all the way from Dubbo that day and needed to meet my brother in Brisbane that evening. Thank you for going above and beyond, and saving me a bucket load of money. Thank you for being so accommodating. Top marks for a job well done.

My car broke down on Monday on my way to Moreton Bay. The guys at your business went out of their way to help me. The friendly lady at the centre even complimented my boat which my car was towing. Brett and his team always do a great job and are very reasonably priced. I have been dealing with Withcott Mechanical for many years and they always explain things clearly about the job that has to be carried out and contact you if there are any other issues that need to be rectified before they go ahead.

First time I went there for radiator flush.Left radiator cap off and lost all new fluid.Decided to give them another go removing some bushes. Said a couple of days, 5 days later still not done. Told me that other important jobs came in.I’m a local and will never go again.

These guys are amazing!!. Stuck somewhere on the warego hwy on the way to Brisbane hospital from Toowoomba with a blown tire, spare also blown from week before. My payday was the next day. They came and found me, took the blown tire and replaced it,(paid for it themselves) then came back and fitted it. They drove about 100kms in total for the job and let me pay for it the next day. (At an extremely brilliant price) This kind of service is rarely seen these days and restored my faith in people.If you can, support this company, to ensure the good old fashion service they provide can be experienced by everyone.

Withcott Service Centre
I had a stability control fault on my car for well over 12 months, I had it at another mechanic multiple times with no resolution. I took it to Withcott Service Centre and they had discovered the issue within 2 days and fixed another days later. Can't recommend them more, especially for Ford related issues
