Great central location and has more than enough stock,usually have the product that I'm after ! Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! Located in the Myer Centre basement and open 7days! Not as busy as their other city locations! Plenty of specials and discounts,as well as their usual catalogue items!

old lady at the register clearly was extremely rude and no respect for young customers. She didn’t know the prices for the products I wanted to buy even though she could easily check? Even had the audacity to say “I don’t know the price”, is this how Chemist Warehouse trains their employees?Totally dismissive and put my stuff aside and told me to go find someone else to help me. I’m absolutely disgusted. She obviously looked down on me. I told her I didn’t want the product anymore but now all of a sudden she wants to do her job? I tell her I don’t want the product but she argues with me. I didn’t come to the store to be argued with.That old woman is gross. The one with blonde/red bob cut. She was at the register for five minutes not even serving me!

A great chemist to go to for very affordable prices on all your health and medical needs. A huge range of products to choose from. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful too. I always go and shop there for all my prescriptions, medical and health needs.

Went in there looking for two items. Unfortunately they didn't have one of the items I was looking for. No one approached me to see if I needed any help. The lady at the check out was polite.

I went to shop for perfumes and AM ABSOLUTELY HAPPY with the service. Rebecca (I think her name) assisted me with all the testers I wanted to try. She was so patient and friendly throughout and I cannot be more grateful. Recently went to Torrensville Chemist Warehouse but the ladies there were quite condescending and rude. So going to Myer’s is absolutely a recommend if you’re buying perfumes.

Ordered perfume online to click & collect! when went in to collect no perfume ready! Rude girl had to go & find for me. Too bad if sold out! Then she wanted to see my credit card again. Drivers license should be enough! Never had this before. not happy.

Extremely rude customer service!! The young staff lady name Ngoc Quynh Nhung who served me and another lady was so unprofessional. She shouted at the lady customer who can barely speak English and were not helping her out. And when she served me, she threw all my stuff in the bag right in front of me. This shouldn’t be happening, someone need to re-train her customer service. This made me so mad how she treated the customers, especially the lady today. Unbelievable!!!
