Eziway Salary Packaging

One week before Christmas and my hole paycheque is on a card that hasn’t even arrived yet and they will only give me my money if I provide receipts from last week which is my off pay week when money doesn’t even get spent

Friendly service but poor advice, wouldn’t recommend leasing with Eziway. The salary packaging is otherwise great!

Delta from Eziway has been handling my renovation and the service has been so friendly and efficient. I have previously had a negative experience with other organisations when organising my salary packaging and leasing, and it is such a relief to have had a different experience this time. If Delta hasn't been able to take my calls her colleagues have been helpful and friendly too. Great work!

Fabulous customer service!! It was my first time dealing with them. I was so confused about the process and benefits. @Cameron Crole helped me understand the complexity in a simplified manner and made the onboarding process seamless. Kudos!!!

Totally disillusioned. My previous provider was excellent...my experience and review have not changed. I am glad my association with them has ended! Their customer service is totally lacking and communication non-existent. This morning I received a phone call from the financier highlighting that Eziway had NOT made the final payment on my vehicle lease. I am happy to pay but extremely unhappy that I did not receive any correspondence that they would not make the payment instead redirecting the balance of my account back to Payroll. Despite their response below I regret ever having to deal with them. It certainly has not been a pleasurable association.

I've just set up my novated lease for my new vehicle with Eziway. Their representative, Nam Tran, provided exceptional service. He is professional and patient with answering my questions at different stages of the process. I waited for over three months to get the vehicle delivered due to the delay of the manufacturer from overseas (that's nothing to do with Eziway). Nam communicated well, relaying between my car dealer and I. He worked efficiently to process the paperwork and transactions. I've finally got my new Kia before Christmas! Thanks Nam and the team :)

Our organisation have been with Eziway for over 8 years now and we are happy with the service they provide. I am always able to speak to someone and any queries gets answered. I would especially like to thank Cameron Crole our Client Service Officer for all his help in setting our staff up. I use eziway for salary packaging through my employer. Their customer service over the phone is always fantastic and I’ve never had to wait long on hold. The salpac card system works great with amazing benefits. They recently updated the app and although it’s still a little clunky it’s much better!
