The lovely ladies at the grooming salon are so lovely, kind and clipped my anxious dog's nails perfectly. All of the dogs getting groomed looked so happy to be there and the grooming salon had great energy which I didn't expect for a chain. Would highly recommend and can't wait to take our dog for a groom here!

The staff and gentle friendly and caring and I love that the dogs are not stressed in cages and are able to socialise safely. The groom was perfect and pricing was great. I cannot recommend highly enough

2nd visit ever.Around 2 years between visits.Both visits - Poor customer service.When eventually you find someone to serve you, very Basic service. Despite more staff than customers in store.They'll answer questions, but don't come across as knowledgeable nor in any mood to be more helpful than the most simple answer to questions.The staff love to hover together at the front end.2 stars represent that I was able to buy 2/3 of what I came in for.I won't return a third time.

I've been into this store multiple times and has become my favourite out of the chain of PB stores on the Sunshine Coast. Pleasant, helpful staff everytime, I don't mind driving an extra half hour for service like that.
