Was once a great place to work and proud to be a part of. Since demutualisation it all changed. Glad to be out and taken my business away from them. If you want my business back close your off shore call centres and bring those jobs back on shore

My car broke down at midday and I could not drive with it. They said will get the care team to contact me about the rental car. They called me at 8pm and said that no rental cars are available and they didn't even contact the mechanic of how long it will take to fix my car . DO NOT RECOMMEND.

service is very bad one female staff long time work there like a trainer she push custemers doing online wasting time Inow that office over 10 years when i going there allways problem service respect very very poor long wait many staff around walk but only 2 staff work on the office service desk talking loufing like a picnic area

I had the pleasure of talking to a beautiful lady from the hurstville office named Lora. What great customer service .I have never spoke to a great enthusiast person. Wow and didn't she know her stuff .I would like to make sure she gets the gratitude and the recognition she deserves . what a great asset you have . Personal welcome with a smile. Fast service, minimum paperwork and finished up getting what I need within 3 minutes. They have customer parking and the actual office looks good and had comfortable seating and have a children play area. The only issue for me is on their website they ask for too many things that if you go there in person they don't actually need. That wasn't made clear on the site, thus I wasted a lot of time preparing! This is in relation to international licences!

Very good service, been over couple of times and waiting time always been less than a minute. There always someone to attend and serve you. And such a nice staff. Im not sure about permises parking but there always couple of street parking and even if you dont find street parking there is council parking nearby you can park for 3h for free.

Excellent service. Plenty of parking behind closed gate.I booked my appointment and arrived 10 minutes early. I didn't wait long at all. The customer service was very good and friendly. Well done.
