Rising Strong Counselling

Melissa is a very nurturing and caring professional who provides wonderful positive guidance and insight through calm and reassuring communication. She is particularly great when counseling on relationships.

I was having some emotional issues a few months ago and found Melissa to be very approachable and easy to talk to. She put some easy to implement strategies in place which really helped me and I'm so grateful for her help-highly recommend!

Mel is an amazing counsellor and life coach. She is caring, compassionate and understanding. She explored all aspects of our issue to assist in developing a plan to help us deal with the situation and allow us to find a way forward. She explained important concepts clearly and simply to give us a good understanding as to what was happening and made it easier to deal with the situation. While the issue itself wasn't something that could be resolved, Mel helped us put boundaries in place that allowed us to move forward and no longer be affected by the situation. We would recommend Mel to anyone having any sort of issue in their life that they are trying to cope with and don't know the way forward.

Melissa is very good at what she does, very easy to talk to and not your typical therapist. Super friendly and I would highly recommend her as she gives you solutions that work. Thanks for your help :)
