Up from Melbourne and found this shop, my son loved it the staff are so chatty with him. Its great that the staff are as excited about what they sell as the customers, will definatly be back when we come up. Lots and lots of great pokemon stuff which is my sons favorite.

staff are lovely, never had anything short of a wonderful experience. great accepting atmosphere and the store is easy to navigate, though I imagine it's tough to get around in for wheelchair users.

Always have a good time in the store. Met some awesome people and made some new friends while playing D&D. Would definitely recommend! Manager is always happy to help and give advice.

Went in looking for a game. They told me they had 2 in stock but couldn’t find them. Then told me they will have a look at get back to me. I left my name and number. A week later still no call. Rang again, left my name and number again. Poor service.
