I needed to attend this centre 2 weeks ago and reception doctor and nurses were great.I was seen promptly and treated respectfully.My daughter and I noticed and made comment on the very homely and neutral environment unlike many medical type settings

I visited the Urgent Care Centre this morning and was so impressed by the facilities and staff. Dr McClure and nurse Connie were incredibly kind, thorough and professional. The wait time was less than 10 minutes and the cost was well worth it for the convenience! Thank you!

I’ve never been so disappointed with a doctor in my life. I saw doctor Paul Hanson and his lack of care was appalling. His recommendation for quitting cigarettes and managing the affects was to continue smoking them. The one good thing was the nurses. They were understanding and apologetic for his behaviour, however, I will never return to see Paul Hanson.

Husband misdiagnosed, fixed later that day at the LGH. Nurses too busy gossiping loudly amongst themselves about the patient. Total waste of money and unprofessional, never again!Editing to say that it's 2023 and I do not have the same name as my husband. He visited you on Saturday and was seen by Dr Hanson.My husband has phoned and spoken with management and the Dr in question, who was sorry we felt the need to leave a negative comment. Hie about being sorry for you're actions and that of your nurses

A wonderful facility for Launceston.Definitely worth the extra money to be seen in no time when in need. The doctors and nurses really strived to care for me and resolve my issues

I visited Urgent Care Centre a while ago for my ankle. The experience was very professional and pleasant. I got to see a doctor within 3min, had my x-ray done as soon as Radiology opened. Everything was done within 30min.

Urgent Care Centre
I had such a positive experience at the centre. Over the Christmas break I returned home to Launceston from the mainland and had some fractured ribs than needed tending to. I arrived unannounced and within an hour or so, I had scans done, and results reviewed and returned. It was ridiculously prompt, professional, and all of the staff were lovely. I was very impressed and am very grateful that this centre is in Launceston. Couldn’t recommend higher. Thank you.

The staff there are amazing, I took my mother in on Sunday and the treatment she received was absolutely fantastic.
