Great customer service - I had been to another shop that morning and the service was poor, I left unsure about what was right for my kids.When I walked into Evo and got greeted politely and offered assistance immediately. Even checked with another staff member for a second opinion to ensure the fit was just right.Fantastic job Evo Napier :)

I just had an excellent experience in Napier's branch of Evo. Very friendly staff with great attitude. They sorted out my warranty claim with SRAM within few days. Excellent communication, keeping me in the loop with phonecalls and text messages.

They gave me great service it's a shame that I can't ride a bike or an electric bike because of my bones in my legs they keep collapsing and I'll be in agony that's why I ride a scooter stand up
